Please note:
Smaato Cost version 2.1 installs two software packages on your device: Smaato Cost and the SOMA-Launcher.

SOMA-Launcher is the mobile ad program that delivers and syncs the sponsored messages within the Smaato Cost application.

SOMA needs to be synchronized once a week. This can be done OTA (over the air), via ActiveSync (on Windows Mobile) or using the SOMA HotSync-Conduit (on Palm OS). If you wish to use the HotSync-Conduit you need download and install the SOMA-Launcher EXE installer separately.
