Description:
The application was written to allow anyone who has a blood pressure meter at home or office to track and monitor their blood pressure on a regular basis. Blood pressure readings self taken at home are usually more accurate than readings taken by doctor.

The application lets you record the blood pressure and heart rate readings by date and time of the measurement, you can then see your readings as table data or view them as graph data to see the trend over time.
