KaiserTweak v0.4

Description:
KaiserTweak is a little tool that tweaks some of your HTC Kaiser (P4450, TyTN II, Vario III) registry settings.

Note that some tweaks may work on devices other than the Kaiser, but the default values are get from the Kaiser factory settings, so take care with other devices.

You can download a ZIP above, containing the KaiserTweak EXE and an XML file containing the actual tweaks. Unzip it somewhere, and copy both the files to the same folder on your phone. Then run the EXE.

Nov 1 Update:
The XML file has been updated with a few small tweaks, which do not warrant a complete new release (v0.5). The new tweaks are in the zip above, but you might want to download just the updated XML file if you are already running v0.4.

Note:
Most of the tweaks require a soft-reset to become current. Please setting your values (changes are applied to the registry on value selection) and then always doing a soft-reset.
