Description:
WMWifiRouter is an application that automates the launching/WiFi power Cycling/10 minute timeout workaround process!
Upgrading:
If you have an earlier version of WMWifiRouter on your device, completely remove it, and follow the installation instructions below.
Installation:
- Download the new package.
- Unpack the zip file on your PC somewhere.
- Create a folder on your device somewhere (For example: "\Storage Card\WMWifiRouter") and copy all the files from the zip to that new folder.
- Create an Ad-Hoc WiFi network as per TalynOne's instructions (skip if you already did this, obviously).
Usage:
- Run WMWifiRouter.EXE
- ICS will pop up, select USB and click connect.
* Do NOT exit WMWifiRouter, exit ICS when you are 'done', and WMWifiRouter will exit automatically (after some cleaning up is done).
* Do NOT run ICS manually.
Note for users with a hardware WiFi switch (HTC Mogul):
The WLAN hardware switch must be ON before starting this program. With the WLAN hardware switch off, no software application can turn on/off the WLAN radio.
