Just connect your Windows Mobile to the computer and you will have missed calls, incoming calls, new SMS and reminders at your desktop.
When the Mobile Panel is collapsed it's very small and can be placed anywhere on the screen. When someone is calling or there is a new SMS it pop-ups. There is a number of settings like "Always on top", Transparency, sound etc.
Features:
New SMS
Handle your unread SMS from the desktop. Just click at the mail icon and the panel is expanded with the message text and contact information. If you like you can send a reply or delete the SMS.
Incoming Calls
When someone is calling you the Mobile Panel pops-up and expands. You can immediately answer or reject the call.
Missed Calls
When you're missing a call the Mobile Panel pop-ups. Just click at the phone icon to view the list of calls. If you like you can call the contact just by clicking the call button.
Reminders
When your phone is connected to Mobile Panel you will have the reminders at the desktop instead of your mobile phone. You will always see the next appointment.

1. Does SMS Control Center support Bluetooth connections?
No, it does not. You have to connect to Windows Mobile Device Center or ActiveSync with a USB-cable.
2. Where can I find Windows Mobile Device Center or ActiveSync?
You can find it at Microsofts Download Center. Just search for activesync.
3. Should I use Windows Mobile Device Center or ActiveSync?
Windows Mobile Device Center for Windows Vista is the successor for ActiveSync. If you are using Windows Vista you should use Windows Mobile Device Center. ActiveSync is designed for Windows XP or Windows 2000, 2003.
4. I have turned off the setting "Show notification on device". The device still beeps when an SMS arrives.
Some models like HTC MTeor doesn't support this setting.
5. Can SMS Control Center handle subfolders?
Yes, SMS Control Center version 2 can handle all folders and subfolders. You can also create, delete and rename folders.
6. Does this program work with Symbian SmartPhones like Nokia N70 or Sony Ericsson P1?
No, it doesn't. It works with all Windows Mobile devices.
7. My contact pictures is not displayed, why?
With Windows Mobile version 5, you will have to use Outlook 2003 or higher and the contact must be syncronized with Outlook.
8. I would like the rule-forward mail to have a different look. Is it possible?
Yes, you can modify the template anyway you like. You will find it in the install\html-folder. It's named rule.html.
9. Why does my rule-forward mail not work?
It's most likely that the mail is classified as SPAM. You should mark smsrule@smscontrolcenter.com as safe at your mailserver.
10. Is it possible to send the rule-forward mail to more than one user?
Yes, it is. Just separate each user with a comma.
