SmartIP is a freeware for Windows Mobile that shows IP information as country, city, latitude, longitude, area code, region name based on an IP address.

Unlike most of the databases, this one is very accurated with 97% of chance to return the correct information.

Setting up the application
Install the cab, execute the application. Uncompress the database, locate the GeoLiteCity.dat ! Now you are ready to search.
